WHAT IS PLANET. PEOPLE. PADDOCK?
PLANET. PEOPLE. PADDOCK. is the Australian cotton industry’s sustainability framework that sets a pathway and future direction for the industry's investments and action.
The framework is focused at farm-level and will be delivered through existing industry structures and programs.
This framework will help achieve the Australian cotton industry’s vision of being a global leader in sustainable cotton production.
The PLANET. PEOPLE. PADDOCK. Sustainability Framework aims to:
- identify the environmental, social and economic topics assessed as being most important to industry and its stakeholders
- coordinate a whole-of-industry strategy to manage these topics
- engage with stakeholders on actions and progress.
