The forum featured Claudia Mitchell leading a discussion with young growers on intergenerational transition and business resilience, followed by CEO Jim Gall sharing his journey from farming to leading RB Sellars. Senior Designer Meghan Sweeney then led an interactive session on innovation in workwear, highlighting the brand’s commitment to practical, high-quality design.
This was followed by an in-store event, providing farmers with a platform to share their stories and connect with the brand. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, further reinforcing the strong bond between RB Sellars and the cotton industry. Mr. Gall stated that RB Sellars is a prime example of how Australian brands can lead the way in ethical, local sourcing while maintaining superior product quality.
